I have tried many ways to help me manage my panic attacks, my anxiety and my depression. Nothing really seemed to help. Then I heard about essential oils. I’ve heard about tea tree eo and even lavender eo, but with my allergies I always stayed clear of them. I was worried that I would start to have an uncalled for allergy attack. My Mental Health Essential Oil Blend for diffusing!

I take an empty eo bottle and add the amount of drops listed below.

  • 25 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
  • 15 drops of Ylang ylang Essential Oil
  • 15 drops of Frankincense Essential Oil
  • 14 drops of Orange Essential Oil
  • 12 drops of Bergamot Essential Oil
  • 10 drops of Chamomile Essential Oil
  • 7 drops of Clary Sage Essential Oil
  • 5 drops of Geranium Essential Oil

Makes enough for a 5 ml bottle.

When in need of a “pick me up”, I take a deep inhale straight from the bottle.

Particularly stressful days I diffuse 20-25 drops of the blend.

You can also add to roller bottle with the proper amount of carrier oil and apply to the back of the neck or bottom of the feet.
