Headaches
Headaches. There is really nothing good to say about them. They hurt, they are annoying, and I HATE THEM. Unfortunately for me, I suffer from headaches often. Apparently, it all stems from the muscle spasms in my neck, at least that is what the docs tell me!

Doctor, Doctor don’t give me no pills
Doctors, don’t really like them either. They always somehow end up giving you bad news about one thing or another. And then they throw medicine in the form of prescriptions pills at you like its going out of style. Remember, there is a pill for everything, and a pill for the side effects from the pill that you originally took. Get me? Good! Yea, not much of a fan of pills either! How can you tell?
Anyways, multiple emergency room physicians, my general practitioner, my orthopedic, neurologist and chiropractor all agree on one thing at least. That the cause of my headaches is simple. My headaches are caused by the chronic muscle spasms I suffer from. Oh wait there’s a pill for that!
